McCook East Campus Renovation

Once vacant for more than 15 years, the former Elks Lodge in McCook has been reimagined into a modern, multi-functional learning facility that supports workforce development and community education. The project includes approximately 27,000 square feet of interior renovation and a 2,500-square-foot addition, transforming the underutilized structure into a state-of-the-art instructional and event space.

Exterior improvements include full site demolition, grading, and paving, along with new concrete steps, accessible ramps, and a steel shade structure that provides outdoor gathering space and architectural character. The result is a complete transformation of an abandoned facility into a high-performing, flexible educational hub that strengthens regional training opportunities and revitalizes a historic community asset.
