Project consists of a 2,568 square foot addition to the existing MPCC Imperial Campus building. New construction scope includes wood-frame structure, wood trusses, wood frame walls, concrete, metal wall panels, metal roof panels and roof accessories, masonry, drywall, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront and glazing, casework, folding panel partitions, a prefabricated underground storm shelter, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Interior finishes include paint, wall base, acoustical ceilings, carpet, resilient flooring, wall tile, floor tile, toilet partitions and accessories, and translucent resin panels. It also includes renovation of the entire existing building, which totals approximately 3,111 square feet.
