Jacobsen Orr had outgrown their previous space, and the leadership wanted to prepare for future growth with adequate room to expand. To meet this need, they purchased and renovated a 22,000-square-foot building. The remodel project spanned both floors of the new building, focusing on enhancing functionality, aesthetics, and the overall client experience. The renovation included the addition of private offices, conference rooms, and open office spaces on each floor. This strategic layout not only accommodates the firm's growing team but also facilitates collaboration and client meetings in a professional setting.

A central feature of the remodel was a modern reception and waiting area. This space welcomes clients and visitors with an atmosphere of comfort, reflecting Jacobsen Orr's commitment to client satisfaction from the moment they enter the premises.

On the second floor, a significant functional change was needed. Originally an open office environment, the space was reimagined to incorporate more private offices and a dedicated workroom. Despite these changes, emphasis was placed on retaining and maximizing natural lighting throughout the building.
