KAAPA Ethanol Holdings Office

The KAAPA Ethanol Holdings office headquarters is located on a picturesque lake in south Kearney. Careful consideration was put into location the building to maximize views while also balancing parking and future development. The design is a modern take on classic mountain cabins and boasts numerous types of construction, including custom wood trusses, structural steel, wood glulam framing, SIPS panels, and traditional wood and metal stud framing. Wilkins ADP developed the program and design with flexibility in mind providing access flooring, open offices, demountable partitions that enable future growth and change with minimal down time.
