The Gail & Michael Yanney Pavilion & Burlington Green Courtyard project was carried out in three distinct phases. Phase one introduced the first three gardens to Yanney Park, featuring stunning sculptures from renowned artists. Phase two followed, adding four more gardens, a reflecting pond, and a central courtyard, further enhancing the park’s serene atmosphere. The final phase was completed in 2024 with the addition of the Mike & Gail Yanney Pavilion. This single-story, 2,669-square-foot building serves as a key gathering point within the park. Its spacious event room, framed by large windows on the east, west, and south sides, invites natural light and offers panoramic views, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape.

With the addition of the Pavilion, the community now has a versatile facility for both relaxation and special events, significantly increasing the park's capacity to host larger gatherings. The pavilion not only provides a stunning venue for celebrations but also encourages community engagement and appreciation of nature. Key features include a catering kitchen, men's and women's restrooms, family restrooms, a changing room, storage, and an office, all designed to provide a comfortable and functional experience for event organizers and attendees alike. The covered patio extends the usability of the pavilion, leading into the expansive Burlington Green Courtyard, a 15,000-square-foot grass area ideal for outdoor activities.

The Courtyard and the Pavilion also feature exceptional art installations that have transformed the space into an artistic showcase, drawing visitors from far and wide. The vibrant art complements the natural beauty of the park, making it one of the most visually captivating destinations in the region.
