Recognizing the growing child care shortage, Sherman County Economic Development partnered with our team to plan and design a new child development center. Through Phase 1, we led the preliminary planning efforts, including facility assessments and environmental evaluations, to establish a clear path forward for the project.

Building on that foundation, Phase 2 transformed an existing 3,065 SF facility serving infants and children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. The renovation introduced new walls, windows, and doors, along with updated interior finishes that create a bright, welcoming, and highly functional environment. The redesigned center now includes age-appropriate classrooms, administrative offices, reception areas, and staff facilities—optimizing the space for high-quality early childhood education.
