Milford Child Learning Center

Completed in 2024, the Milford Child Learning Center is a 3,595-square-foot new construction project designed to support a home-based daycare program. The building, constructed by SCC and placed on a permanent foundation, features an interior fit-out by Wilkins ADP that maximizes functionality and flow for early childhood education. The home includes a walkout basement with two classrooms and a total of four classrooms designed to accommodate up to 42 children. The design emphasizes bright, flexible learning spaces, and a large playground at the rear of the building provides an engaging outdoor environment for play and exploration.
