The Lexington Racquet Center is an indoor racquet sports facility designed to support year-round recreation and community use. The building consists of a pre-engineered metal structure housing four tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. A centralized core organizes the facility and includes a reception area, spectator seating, restrooms, storage and mechanical spaces, and a non-occupiable mezzanine. The layout prioritizes efficient circulation, clear sightlines to the courts, and functional support spaces for players and spectators. The project provides a flexible and durable facility that supports the growing demand for indoor racquet sports in the community.
