The Work consists of an interior remodel of an existing building, previously used as a bank in downtown Holdrege, Nebraska. Remodel is approximately 10,000 sq ft of the ground floor and includes removal of existing finishes, banking equipment, restrooms, and mechanical and electrical equipment and devices. New work includes replacement of aluminum storefront entry, walls and finishes for new classrooms, restrooms, offices and support spaces. Existing building has a basement primarily for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services with replacement and upgrades as required for remodel scope.
