Grand Island Residence Hall

Wilkins ADP is working with Central Community College on the planning and design for their new residence hall on the Grand Island Campus.  The need for student housing is a reflection of the college’s continued growth and response to the surround communities it serves. The project is currently in a design phase after completing planning and evaluation of a comprehensive housing study that evaluated demand, student preferences, and long-term campus goals.

 

The proposed residence hall is designed to accommodate approximately 80 beds with plans for future housing to meet growing needs.  Design will include apartment style units ranging from single to 4 bedroom layouts, study lounges, laundry facilities, and shared common areas. The design focuses on creating a comfortable, supportive living environment that encourages connection, academic success, and a strong sense of community for students living on campus.
