Renovation & Addition

Alma Public Schools engaged Wilkins ADP to improve study existing programming needs, develop new program spaces and resolve program deficiency issues that they were having with their main existing building. The solution to their program needs was to design and construct a new standalone industrial technology/agricultural building so the school district could then repurpose the former industrial technology space into new music program space and then convert the former music room into two new classrooms. The new industrial technology/agricultural building is 6,800 square feet and features a large area for a woods lab, metals/welding, engines and agricultural projects and then a separate clean classroom, office and restrooms with materials storage overhead in a mezzanine area.
