Renovation & Addition

After guiding Wilcox-Hildreth Public Schools through a comprehensive planning process evaluating their facilities' requirements across both of their campuses, Wilkins ADP was tasked with devising solutions to address these needs. After careful consideration and evaluation of numerous alternatives, the school district ultimately embraced a two-phased plan as the preferred option. The first phase of this plan included the construction of a new addition to the west of the existing building. A science lab, FCS lab, administrative offices, and a new main entrance for the school were included in the addition. This phase also encompasses the construction of an addition to the north, which includes a new competition gym, locker rooms, new commons/cafeteria, and a new kitchen.
