Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce
Completed in January 2025, with an official opening in February, this 12,000-square-foot new construction project serves as a central hub for community connection and tourism in Kearney, Nebraska.
At the heart of the building is the Welcome Center, created through a collaboration between Goodlife Architecture and exhibit design consultant Luci Creative. The space was designed to provide an engaging experience for visitors while also supporting the needs of local organizations.
The facility includes three office suites for the Development Council of Buffalo County, the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Kearney Visitor's Bureau. Shared spaces include a collaborative office area, workroom, breakroom, meeting rooms, patio, and restrooms. Each element was designed to encourage a flexible, welcoming, and efficient environment for both staff and guests.
The project brings together tourism, economic development, and community outreach under one roof, with a focus on functionality, collaboration, and a strong sense of place.
