Clay Residence Hall

Clay Hall was originally the headquarters building for the Hastings Ammunition Depot. Its historic character and location required special attention to detail to renovate its current residence hall use. Where possible, existing detailing was preserved or restored to maintain the prominent character of the building. Two wings were added to the east to accommodate additional student rooms and a center wing was added to the west to accommodate a new entry, common functions and the resident staff living space.
