The addition provides an up-to-date kitchen and servery which gives students all the options of a modern dining hall. The mail room, lobby and lounge were all renovated to allow for more natural light and give the students a modern area for studying and lounging. A new entry vestibule was added to help define the entrance and provide a secure entrance into the building. An elevator was added to the building to comply with ADA standards. The exterior design provides natural light that moves through the space while fitting in with the existing facade.
