Matt Janecek

Matt is a fourth-year architecture student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. His interest in design began at a young age—building with Legos and experimenting in Minecraft—which eventually grew into a passion for creating spaces people love to experience. Matt enjoys the constant challenge and variety the field offers, especially seeing ideas evolve into tangible structures. Outside of architecture, he enjoys playing piano, going to the gym, and fishing.
