This project involved a two-story modern building that gives precedence to the headquarters in North Platte, while declaring its presence in the city of Kearney. Located in North Kearney along 2nd Avenue, the bank is a great location which receives high visibility and offers the customers and easy location to access. Woodwork, water walls, stone and a fireplace define the interior giving the bank a home-like feel while providing a teller line and private loan offices for bank customers. The solution included space for growth as NebraskaLand Bank is a young bank that is continuously growing.
