The Veterinary Technology Building at Northeast Community College is a 38,431-square-foot academic and clinical training facility supporting the college’s AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program.

The project consolidates classroom, laboratory, and clinical spaces into a purpose-built facility designed to meet contemporary veterinary education standards. The building includes technology-enabled classrooms; specialized teaching laboratories; a surgery suite; radiology space; animal housing with kennels and exercise areas; faculty offices; and collaborative student spaces.

Design considerations addressed clinical workflow, biosecurity, equipment coordination, and safe animal handling while maintaining clear instructional visibility and supervision. The completed facility provides a centralized, modern environment for hands-on veterinary training.
