Renovation

Completed in 2025, Contemporary OBGYN underwent a 13,000-square-foot renovation within an existing medical building that had been vacant for several years. The design approach emphasized adaptive reuse, maintaining much of the existing layout while reconfiguring key areas to improve patient flow and staff efficiency. Existing offices and exam rooms were refreshed with updated finishes, while the reception area was reimagined with clean lines and a contemporary aesthetic to create a welcoming first impression. New carpet, paint, and refined detailing throughout the clinic helped unify the space and establish a cohesive, modern environment aligned with the practice’s identity.
