Bailey’s American Cuisine

Bailey’s is a full-service restaurant located inside the NebraskaLand Bank. Wilkins ADP overcame the challenges of spreading the restaurant operations over three floors of the four-story building. The basement floor houses food storage, coolers, food prep, dish washing and an office, while the cooking suite, casual dining and a coffee shop are located on the first floor and upscale dining and a full-service bar are located on the third floor. A service elevator and dumbwaiter connect operations across all three floors.

Dining on the first floor features a contemporary, bistro setting, while the dining room on the third floor is more traditional with rich, cherry woodwork throughout and expansive views of North Platte.
