Solution: Image and stability are critical to banking services. Wilkins ADP was contacted by Heartland Bank in 2009 to help remodel its main office location, which has been a pillar for the community of Geneva since 1899. The project consisted of remodeling four existing century old buildings facing the downtown square, the demolition of two existing buildings and building two new additions. Wilkins ADP accomplished this in four different phases over a three-year span, all while the client maintained existing banking operations. Wilkins ADP was able to maintain the bank’s historic integrity while providing new spaces and features that improved banking operations.
